Introduction
The TLV600x-Q1 series single-channel and dual-channel op amps are designed for general-purpose automotive applications. This series features rail-to-rail input and output (RRIO) swing, low quiescent current (typical 75μA), high bandwidth (1MHz), and ultra-low noise (28nV/√Hz at 1kHz), making it attractive for a wide range of automotive applications requiring a good balance between cost and performance, such as infotainment systems, engine control units, and automotive lighting. The low input bias current (typical ±1pA) makes the TLV600x-Q1 suitable for applications with megaohm-level source impedances. The TLV600x-Q1 is designed for robustness and ease of use: the device offers unity-gain stability with capacitive loads up to 150pF, integrates an RF/EMI rejection filter, has no phase reversal under overdrive conditions, and provides high ESD protection (4kV HBM). These devices are optimized to operate at voltages as low as 1.8V (±0.9V) and up to 5.5V (±2.75V), with a rated extended operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
