Introduction
The OPA835 and OPA2835 devices (OPAx835) are single/dual-channel ultra-low-power, rail-to-rail output, negative rail input, voltage feedback (VFB) op amps designed to operate from a single supply of 2.5V to 5.5V or dual supplies of ±1.25V to ±2.75V. These rail-to-rail amplifiers consume only 250μA per channel with a 56MHz gain bandwidth product, delivering industry-leading performance-to-power ratio.
The OPA835 and OPA2835 devices combine low power consumption with excellent high-frequency performance, offering a performance-to-power ratio unmatched by competing devices, making them ideal for power-conscious, battery-powered portable applications. These devices also feature a power-save mode that reduces current to below 1.5μA, an extremely attractive solution for high-frequency amplifiers in battery-powered applications.
The OPA835 and OPA2835 devices operate over an extended industrial temperature range of –40°C to +125°C.
