Introduction
The OPA2333P is a CMOS operational amplifier that uses proprietary auto-calibration technology to provide extremely low offset voltage (10 μV, maximum) with near-zero drift over time and temperature. This high-precision, low quiescent current micro-amplifier offers high-impedance inputs (common-mode range extends 100 mV beyond the supply rails) and rail-to-rail outputs (swing within 50 mV of the supply rails). The device can operate from single or dual supplies as low as 1.8 V (±0.9 V) and up to 5.5 V (±2.75 V) and is optimized for low-voltage, single-supply operation. In addition, the OPA2333P has a rated maximum start-up time. This rated start-up time ensures high-precision performance within 500 μs after the amplifier is powered, enabling reliable operation under dynamic power conditions. The OPA2333P provides excellent CMRR without the crossover associated with traditional complementary input stages. This design enables excellent performance when driving analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) without degrading differential linearity. The OPA2333P is available in a 2 mm × 2 mm 8-pin WSON package and is specified for an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
