Introduction
The OPA356-Q1 is a high-speed voltage-feedback CMOS op amp designed for video applications and other applications requiring wide bandwidth. The OPA356-Q1 is unity-gain stable and capable of driving large output currents. Differential gain is 0.02%, and differential phase is 0.05°. Quiescent current is only 8.3mA. The OPA356-Q1 is optimized for single-supply or dual-supply operation from as low as 2.5V (±1.25V) to as high as 5.5V (±2.75V). The common-mode input range of the OPA356-Q1 extends 100mV below ground at the lower end and 1.5V above V+ at the upper end. Output swing is within 100mV of the supply rails, enabling wide dynamic range. The OPA356-Q1 is available in an SOT23-5 package and is rated for operation over the -40°C to 125°C temperature range.
