Introduction
The OPA141, OPA2141, and OPA4141 amplifier series are low-power JFET-input amplifiers with excellent drift characteristics and low input bias current. The rail-to-rail output swing and an input range that includes V- enable designers to fully leverage the low-noise characteristics of JFET amplifiers and also achieve connectivity with modern single-supply, high-precision analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) and digital-to-analog converters (DACs). The OPA141 achieves a unity-gain bandwidth of 10 MHz and a slew rate of 20 V/μs while consuming only 1.8 mA (typical) of quiescent current. The device operates from a single supply of 4.5 V to 36 V or dual supplies of ±2.25 V to ±18 V. The specifications for all versions are specified over a temperature range of -40 °C to +125 °C for use in the most demanding environments. The OPA141 (single-channel device) and OPA2141 (dual-channel device) versions are available in MSOP-8 and SO-8 packages; the OPA4141 (quad-channel device) is available in SO-14 and TSSOP-14 packages.
