Introduction
The TLV521 is a 350nA nano-power op amp. Its CMOS input stage is carefully designed to achieve an ultra-low Ibias of 1pA, minimizing IBIAS and IOS errors that could affect sensitive applications such as megohm-level resistors, high-resistance photodiodes, and charge sensing. Additionally, the built-in EMI protection reduces the device's susceptibility to unintended RF signals emitted by mobile phones and RFID readers. The TLV521 is available in a 5-pin SC70 package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
