Introduction
The OPA1662 (dual-channel) and OPA1664 (quad-channel) bipolar-input operational amplifier product series can achieve an extremely low noise density of 3.3 nV/√Hz with ultra-low distortion (0.00006% at 1 kHz). The OPA1662 and OPA1664 series operational amplifiers support a rail-to-rail output swing of up to 600 mV into a μ₂ kΩ load, which increases headroom and extends the dynamic range. In addition, these devices feature a high output drive capability of ±30 mA. These devices can operate over a wide supply voltage range from ±1.5 V to ±18 V, or +3 V to +36 V, with a supply current of only 1.5 mA per channel. The OPA1662 and OPA1664 operational amplifiers are unity-gain stable and provide excellent dynamic performance over a wide range of load conditions. They also use fully independent circuitry to minimize crosstalk and are immune to inter-channel interaction effects, even during overdrive or overload conditions. The OPA1662 and OPA1664 are specified over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
