EG Micro EG21867

EG21867 is a cost-effective gate driver IC dedicated to high-power MOSFETs and IGBTs. It integrates a logic signal input processing circuit, level shift circuit, pulse filter circuit, and output driver circuit, designed specifically for drive circuits in brushless motor controllers. The EG21867 supports a high-side operating voltage up to 600V, with a wide low-side VCC supply voltage range of 7.7V~20V and a quiescent current of approximately 200μA. The input channels HIN and LIN feature a built-in 250K pull-down resistor, which keeps both the high-side and low-side power MOSFETs in the off state when the inputs are floating. The output current capability is 10+1-4/4A, housed in a SOP8 package.
