Beschreibung
The DSC12x2/3/4 series high-performance oscillators leverage the latest generation of silicon-based MEMS technology to reduce close-in phase noise while delivering excellent jitter performance and stability across wide supply voltage and temperature ranges. By eliminating the need for quartz or SAW technology, MEMS oscillators significantly improve reliability and accelerate product development, while meeting stringent clock performance requirements for communications, storage, and networking applications.
The DSC12x2/3/4 series features a control function on pin 1 or pin 2, enabling standby mode (complete power-down when STDBY is low), output enable (output tri-stated when OE is low), or frequency selection (selecting between two frequencies via FS high/low logic levels).
All oscillators are available in industry-standard packages, including a compact 2.5 mm×2.0 mm footprint, and are pin-compatible drop-in replacements for standard 6-pin LVPECL/LVDS/HCSL crystal oscillators.
