Descrizione
The Si595 voltage-controlled crystal oscillator (VCXO) uses Skyworks Solutions' advanced DSPLL® circuitry to deliver low-jitter clocks at high frequencies. The Si595 provides any-rate output frequencies from 10 to 810 MHz. Unlike traditional VCXOs, which require a different crystal for each output frequency, the Si595 uses a single fixed crystal to support a wide range of output frequencies. This IC-based approach leverages the excellent frequency stability and reliability of crystal resonators. In addition, DSPLL clock synthesis suppresses power supply noise, simplifying the task of generating low-jitter clocks in noisy environments. The Si595 IC-based VCXO can be factory-configured to meet a variety of user specifications, including frequency, supply voltage, output format, tuning slope, and absolute pull range (APR). Specific configurations are factory-programmed at time of shipment, eliminating the long lead times associated with custom oscillators.
