Introduction
This single 2-input positive-OR gate is designed for 1.65-V to 5.5-V Vcc operation. The NC7SZ32 performs the Boolean function Y = A + B or Y = (A(overline) · B(overline))(overline) in positive logic. The CMOS device has high output drive while maintaining low static power dissipation over a broad Vcc operating range. The NC7SZ32 device is available in a variety of packages. The NC7SZ32 device contains one 2-input positive OR gate devices and performs the Boolean function Y = A + B or Y = (A(overline) · B(overline))(overline). This device is fully specied for partial-power-down aplications using lor. The lof circutry disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow through the device when it is powered down. The loff feature allows voltages on the inputs and outputs, when Vcc ≤ 0 V
