Introduction
The 74HC574 is an 8-bit D flip-flop designed using CMOS process technology, consisting of eight independent D flip-flops and additional gate circuits. It features data latching and tri-state output capabilities. When the clock CLK input is high, the Q outputs respond to the input D data. When LE is low, the outputs are latched and hold their current state, unaffected by the D inputs. When output enable OE is high, all outputs enter a high-impedance state. When OE is low, all outputs operate in push-pull mode. The 74HC574 is suitable for implementing buffer registers, I/O ports, bidirectional bus drivers, and working registers.
