This TVS diode series is available in unidirectional or bidirectional configurations with voltage options ranging from 5 V to 24 V. Bourns SMD diodes are JEDEC-compliant for easy handling on standard placement equipment, and their flat body design minimizes rolling. Bourns devices help meet IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD), IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT), and IEC 61000-4-5 (Surge) requirements.
