Introduction
The MAX811X series is a microprocessor reset IC with voltage detection functionality, featuring an enable control pin for monitoring the supply voltage of microcontrollers or other logic systems. It can provide a reset signal to the system during power-up, power-down, and power-saving conditions, or when the supply voltage falls below the preset threshold voltage Vth. Meanwhile, when powering up or when the supply voltage recovers above the preset threshold voltage Vth, or when the enable MR(overline) voltage transitions from low to high, the VRESET output will go high after a delay of Trp. In the MAX811X series, when the input voltage falls below the threshold voltage Vth, the VRESET output goes low; when the enable control pin MR(overline) voltage is low, the VRESET output also goes low. Simple to implement, no external components required.
