JSMSEMI IRS2001STRPBF-JSM

The IRS2001S is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side driver IC. It features independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Fabricated using a high-low voltage compatible process, the high- and low-side gate drive circuits are monolithically integrated on a single chip. Logic inputs are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic output levels as low as 3.3V, and the outputs are capable of high-current pulse drive. The floating channel can be used to drive a high-side N-channel power MOSFET, with a maximum floating supply offset voltage of 250V. An integrated bootstrap diode charges the high-side supply, simplifying the peripheral circuitry. Offered in an SOP-8 package, the device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
