Introduction
The GR6206xx series are CMOS step-down voltage regulators with high ripple rejection, low quiescent current, low dropout, and overcurrent/short-circuit protection. These devices feature an ultra-low quiescent current (6.5μA Typ.), capable of delivering 200mA output current with minimal input-to-output voltage differential while maintaining excellent regulation. The combination of low dropout voltage and low quiescent current makes these devices ideal for battery-powered applications requiring extended battery life, such as computers, consumer electronics, and industrial equipment.
