HXY MOSFET MAX706ESA-HXY

These ICs are primarily used for monitoring power supply voltages and battery voltages. When the supply voltage drops below a specific threshold (e.g., 2.63V, 2.93V, 3.08V, 4.00V, 4.40V, or 4.65V, depending on the model), a reset signal is generated. Select models (706P/R/S/T/J, 705/706/813L) integrate a watchdog circuit with a 1.6-second timeout reset, which can be disabled by leaving the WDI pin floating. Other models (708R/S/T/J, 707/708) provide both active-high and active-low reset outputs, but without watchdog functionality. An internal 1.25V comparator is available for battery undervoltage monitoring. All devices support manual reset. Package options include 8-pin DIP, SOP, and compact MSOP.
