ST M27C512-10C6TR

M27C512 is a 512 Kbit EPROM available in two versions: UV-erasable and one-time programmable (OTP). It is ideal for applications where fast turnaround and pattern experimentation are critical requirements, organized as 65536×8 bits. The FDIP28W (windowed ceramic frit-seal package) features a transparent lid, allowing users to expose the die to UV light to erase the bit pattern. A new pattern can then be written to the device following the programming procedure. For applications where the content needs to be programmed only once with no erase requirement, the M27C512 is offered in FDIP28W, PDIP28, and PLCC32 packages. To meet environmental requirements, ST offers the M27C512 in ECOPACK packages. ECOPACK packages are lead-free. The second-level interconnect class is marked on the package and inner box label in compliance with JEDEC standard JESD97. The maximum ratings related to soldering conditions are also marked on the inner box label. ECOPACK is a trademark of ST.
