The SY10/100EL12 is a low-impedance drive buffer. Featuring two pairs of OR/NOR outputs, these devices are ideal for high-drive applications such as memory addressing. These devices are functionally equivalent to the E112, but with higher performance capability. With propagation delay significantly faster than the E112, the EL12 is well-suited for applications requiring optimal AC performance.
