Introduction
Hall-effect current sensor with a single digital output, factory-programmed to output a low signal when a specified current threshold is exceeded. The TD series operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C with a typical response time of 1μs. The compact package dimensions allow the TD series to be mounted on a PCB, featuring an integrated open-collector digital output ideal for interfacing with control circuits.
