Introduction
The TLVx313-Q1 series single-channel and dual-channel op amps combine low power consumption with high performance, making them well suited for a wide range of applications such as infotainment, engine control units, and automotive lighting. This series features rail-to-rail input and output (RRIO) swing, low quiescent current (typical: 65μA), high bandwidth (1MHz), and ultra-low noise (26nV/√Hz at 1kHz), making it attractive for battery-powered applications that require a good balance between cost and performance. In addition, the low input bias current of these devices makes them suitable for applications with source impedances up to the megaohm range.
The TLVx313-Q1 devices are designed with a robust architecture for ease of use by circuit designers. These devices offer unity-gain stability with capacitive loads up to 100pF, integrate RFI/EMI rejection filters, exhibit no phase reversal under overdrive conditions, and provide high ESD protection (4kV HBM).
These devices are optimized to operate at voltages as low as 1.8V (±0.9V) and as high as 5.5V (±2.75V), with a rated extended operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
