Introduction
The OPAx316-Q1 series single-channel and dual-channel op amps represent the latest generation of low-power, general-purpose op amps. Rail-to-rail input and output swing, low quiescent current (typical 400μA per channel), combined with a wide 10MHz bandwidth and ultra-low noise (11 nV/√Hz at 1kHz), make these devices well suited for circuits requiring both speed and favorable power efficiency. The low input bias current enables use in applications with source impedances up to the megaohm range. The extremely low current noise resulting from OPAx316-Q1's low input bias current makes it a preferred choice for high-impedance sensor interfaces. The OPAx316-Q1 features a robust design for ease of use by circuit designers. It offers unity-gain stable integrated RFI and EMI rejection filters, no phase inversion under overdrive conditions, and high ESD protection (4kV HBM). These devices are optimized for low-voltage operation from 1.8V (±0.9V) to 5.5V (±2.75V). As the latest addition to the low-voltage CMOS automotive op amp family, this series delivers high bandwidth, low noise, and low power consumption to meet the diverse needs of various applications.
