Introduction
DVW01 is a dedicated IC designed for single-cell lithium-ion battery-powered systems (e.g., mobile phone battery packs) to protect lithium-ion batteries from damage or reduced lifespan caused by overcharge, over-discharge, and/or overcurrent. The ultra-compact package and minimal external component requirements allow the DVW01 to be seamlessly integrated into space-constrained battery packs. Precise overcharge protection voltage ensures safe and sufficient charging. The low-power design keeps quiescent current consumption extremely low during both battery operation and storage.

- Active mode: typical 3.0μA (VCC = 3.6V)
