The AD8631A (single), AD8632A (dual), and AD8634A (quad) are low noise, low voltage, micropower op amps. This amplifier family features an impressive 6.5 MHz bandwidth, 4 V/μs slew rate, and 480 μA quiescent current per amplifier at a 5 V supply, enabling use across a wide variety of designs. The AD863xA op amps are designed to deliver performance in low voltage and low noise systems. The input common-mode voltage range includes ground, with a maximum input offset voltage of 4.2 mV. These devices are capable of driving heavy loads to rail-to-rail output. The AD863xA family is specified to operate from +2.3 V to +5.5 V single or dual supplies. All versions are specified over the extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C.
