HXY MOSFET AT24C128-HXY

The HT24LC128 is a 128K-bit 2-wire serial EEPROM fabricated using CMOS floating-gate technology. Its 128K-bit memory is organized as 16K words of 8 bits each. The device is optimized for industrial and commercial applications where low power consumption and low voltage operation are essential. Up to eight HT24LC128 devices can be connected to the same 2-wire bus. The HT24LC128 is guaranteed for 1 million erase/write cycles and 40 years of data retention.
