A multifunctional power management SOC integrating a boost converter, lithium battery charge management, and battery level indication, providing a complete power solution for power banks. High integration and rich features require minimal external components, effectively reducing overall solution size and lowering BOM cost. A single inductor achieves both buck and boost functionality. The DC-DC converter operates at 350KHz, supporting low-cost inductors and capacitors. The synchronous boost system delivers a maximum output current of 1.0A with conversion efficiency up to 91%. Under no-load conditions, it automatically enters sleep mode, reducing quiescent current to 50uA. Switch-mode charging technology provides a maximum charging current of 1.2A with charging efficiency up to 93%. Built-in IC temperature and input voltage sensing intelligently regulate charging current. Supports 1, 2, 3, or 4 LED battery level indicators.
