Introduction
The LN4201 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side gate driver IC designed for high-speed hair dryer motors. It features independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Using a high-low voltage compatible process, the high- and low-side gate drive circuits are integrated in a single chip, with logic input levels compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic outputs as low as 3.3V. The floating channel supports high-side N-channel power MOSFET driving, with a maximum floating supply voltage of 700V. Housed in an SOP-8 package, it operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
