Introduction
The S-5841 series is a temperature switch IC (thermostat IC) capable of detecting temperature with ±2.5°C accuracy. When the temperature reaches the detection temperature, the output inverts; when the temperature drops to the release temperature level, the S-5841 series restores the output voltage. This series operates at a low supply voltage of 2.2V, with a typical current consumption of 10μA due to its CMOS configuration. A temperature sensor with a negative temperature coefficient, a reference voltage generation circuit, a comparator, and a delay circuit are integrated on a single chip, packaged in SOT-23-5 and SNT-6A packages.
