Beschreibung
This series of high-current three-phase bridge rectifiers utilizes hermetically sealed rectifiers of the same design and construction as those used in the application, ensuring the highest reliability. They are also available with formally screened diodes that are 100% screened and compliant with MIL-PRF-19500/483, making them ideal for high-reliability applications where failure cannot be tolerated. These industry-recognized 25A rated bridge rectifiers offer peak working reverse voltage options of 200V, 400V, and 600V per phase, feature hermetically sealed diodes with void-free glass construction, and employ internal "Class I" metallurgical bonding. Microsemi also offers many other rectifier products to meet varying current ratings and recovery time speed requirements, including fast and ultrafast device types in both through-hole and surface-mount packages.
