Avago's ACPL-336J gate drive optocoupler features fast propagation delay and excellent timing skew performance. Integrated intelligent protection features for IGBTs include IGBT desaturation detection with soft shutdown protection and fault feedback, undervoltage lockout with feedback, and active Miller current clamp. This full-featured, easy-to-implement IGBT gate drive optocoupler is housed in a compact surface-mount SO-16 package for space savings. It is suitable for driving IGBTs and power MOSFETs used in motor control and inverter applications. Avago's isolation products provide reinforced insulation and reliability, enabling critical safety signal isolation in high-voltage and noisy industrial applications.
