개요
A SIDAC is a silicon unidirectional voltage-triggered switch. When the applied voltage exceeds the breakover voltage of the SIDAC, the device conducts through a negative resistance region and enters a low on-state voltage. Conduction continues until the current is interrupted or drops below the minimum holding current of the device.
