MICROCHIP 1N6623

This series of "ultrafast recovery" rectifier diodes meets applicable standards and is designed for high-reliability applications where failures cannot be tolerated. These industry-recognized rectifiers, rated at 1.5 to 2.0 amperes with working peak inverse voltages of 200 to 1000 volts, are hermetically sealed in a void-free glass construction using internal "Grade 1" metallurgical bonding. These devices are also available in surface-mount MELF package configurations by adding the "US" suffix (see separate datasheet for 1N6620US through 1N6625US). Microsemi also offers many other rectifier products to meet varying current rating and recovery time speed requirements, including standard, fast, and ultrafast device types in both through-hole and surface-mount packages.
