These industry-qualified 1.5W Zener voltage regulators are hermetically sealed using a void-free glass construction with internal metallurgical bonding. The series includes Zener selections with a standard tolerance of 5% and voltage range from 3.3V to 200V. Versions with 1% and 2% tolerances are also available. Microsemi offers many other Zener products to address higher and lower power ratings in both through-hole and SMT packages.
