ABLIC S-UM6522E

ABLIC S-UM6522E is a 32-channel SPST high-voltage analog switch IC with low charge injection, operating from a single 5V supply, designed for ultrasound imaging applications. Users can select either a serial digital interface (SDI) or a group interface. The S-UM6522E shares the same package and pin configuration as the HDL6M06522BN, with improved on/off capacitance ratio and off-state isolation performance.
