These "standard recovery" high-voltage rectifier diode series, types 1N3644 through 1N3647, conform to MIL-PRF-19500/279. They are ideally suited for high-voltage, high-reliability applications where failures cannot be tolerated. These rectifiers, rated at 0.10 and 0.25 amperes with working peak inverse voltages of 1000 to 10000 volts, are hermetically sealed in a void-free glass construction.
