SDH8302S is a current-mode PWM controller with an integrated high-voltage MOSFET for switching power supplies. SDH8302S integrates a high-voltage startup circuit. Under light load, it enters hiccup mode to effectively reduce system standby power consumption. A frequency reduction function further optimizes conversion efficiency under light-load conditions. A frequency dithering function improves EMI performance. A soft-start function reduces device stress and prevents transformer saturation. A VDD hiccup function not only prevents VDD undervoltage restart but also effectively reduces standby power consumption. SDH8302S also integrates protection functions for various fault conditions, including: VDD undervoltage protection, VDD overvoltage protection, leading-edge blanking, output short-circuit protection, overcurrent protection, overtemperature protection, etc. After a fault is triggered, the circuit continuously auto-restarts until the system returns to normal operation.
