Introduction
The ADA4870 is a unity-gain stable, high-speed current feedback amplifier capable of delivering 1 A output current and 2500 V/μs slew rate from a 40 V supply. Its innovative architecture is fabricated using a proprietary high-voltage extra-fast complementary bipolar (XFCB) process, providing high output power and high-speed signal processing solutions for applications requiring low-impedance load driving. The ADA4870 is ideally suited for driving high-voltage power MOSFETs, piezoelectric transducers, PIN diodes, CCD panels, and various other applications requiring high-speed operation with high supply voltage and high current output. The ADA4870 is available in a Power SOIC package (PSOP_3) with an exposed thermal pad for efficient heat dissipation, enhancing performance and reliability. The ADA4870 operates over the -40°C to +85°C industrial temperature range.
