Introduction
The AC245 8-channel bus transceiver is designed for asynchronous bidirectional communication between data buses. The implementation of control functions minimizes external timing requirements. Depending on the logic level on the direction control (DIR) input, the device transmits data from bus A to bus B, or from bus B to bus A. The output enable (OE) input can be used to disable the device, effectively isolating the buses.
