2.7V to 5.5V low-power, 22-bit Delta-Sigma analog-to-digital converters (ADCs). The device features an output noise as low as 2.5 μV RMS and a total unadjusted error of 10 ppm. The products in this series have an integral nonlinearity (INL) error of 6 ppm, an offset error of 3 μV, and a full-scale error of less than 2 ppm. The MCP3550/1/3 devices offer high-precision and low-noise performance for sensor measurement applications such as pressure, temperature, and humidity. With an internal oscillator and a high oversampling rate, very few external components are required for high-precision applications. This product line has fully differential analog inputs and is suitable for various sensor, industrial control, or process control applications. The MCP3550/1/3 devices operate over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and are available in space-saving 8-pin MSOP and SOIC packages.
