TI LM25019MR/NOPB

The LM25019 is a 48V, 100mA synchronous step-down regulator with integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs. The constant on-time (COT) control scheme used in the LM25019 eliminates the need for loop compensation, provides excellent transient response, and enables ultra-high step-down ratios. The on-time is inversely proportional to the input voltage, which keeps the frequency nearly constant over the entire input voltage range. A high-voltage start-up regulator provides bias supply for the internal operation of the IC and the integrated gate drivers. A peak current limit circuit prevents overload conditions. An under-voltage lockout (UVLO) circuit supports separate programming of the input under-voltage threshold and hysteresis. Other protection features include thermal shutdown and bias supply under-voltage lockout. The LM25019 is available in an 8-pin WSON and an 8-pin SOPowerPAD plastic package.
