TI TPS54360BDDA

TPS54360B is a 60V, 3.5A step-down regulator with an integrated high-side MOSFET. It uses current-mode control for simple external compensation and flexible component selection. Low-ripple pulse skip mode reduces no-load supply current to 146μA. When the enable pin is pulled low, shutdown supply current is reduced to 2μA. UVLO is internally set at 4.3V but can be raised using the enable pin. The device internally controls the output voltage startup ramp to manage the startup process and eliminate overshoot. The wide switching frequency range enables optimization for either efficiency or external component size. Frequency foldback and thermal shutdown protect internal and external components from damage under overload conditions. The TPS54360B is available in an 8-pin thermally enhanced HSOIC PowerPAD package.
