TI TPL0501-100DCNR

The TPL0501 device is a single-channel linear taper digital potentiometer with 256 wiper positions. The device can be used as a three-terminal potentiometer or a two-terminal rheostat. The TPL0501 device is equipped with a 100 kΩ end-to-end resistance. The internal registers of the TPL0501 device are accessible via an SPI-compatible interface. The TPL0501 device has a nominal temperature coefficient of 35 ppm/°C. The TPL0501 is available in an 8-pin Small Outline Transistor (SOT)-23 and an 8-pin Ultra-thin Quad Flat No-lead (UQFN) package, rated for a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
