TI TMUX1108PWR

TMUX1108 is a precision CMOS MUX. The TMUX1108 offers a single-channel 8:1 configuration. A wide operating supply range of 1.08V to 5.5V makes it suitable for applications ranging from medical devices to industrial systems. The device supports bidirectional analog and digital signals ranging from GND to VDD on the source (Sx) and drain (D) pins. All logic inputs feature 1.8V logic-compatible thresholds, which ensure TTL and CMOS logic compatibility when the device operates within the valid supply voltage range. Fail-safe logic circuitry allows voltage to be applied to control pins prior to the supply pins, protecting the device from potential damage.

The TMUX1108 is part of a family of precision switches and MUX devices. These devices feature very low on- and off-state leakage currents and low charge injection, enabling operation in high-precision measurement applications. A low supply current of 8nA and compact package options make them suitable for portable applications.
