Descrizione
The TC74LCX244 is a high-performance CMOS octal bus buffer. It is designed for 3.3V systems, achieving high-speed operation while maintaining CMOS low power consumption. The device is designed for low-voltage (3.3V) VCC applications, but can also be used for interfacing in environments where both inputs and outputs are powered by 5V supplies. The TC74LCX244 is a non-inverting three-state buffer with two active-low output enable inputs. The device is designed for applications such as three-state memory address drivers. All inputs are equipped with ESD protection circuits.
Caratteristiche
