The 1µA Precision Series Reference is a miniature precision voltage reference that consumes less than 1µA of supply current with an input-to-output differential as low as 10mV. Initial accuracy is 0.05% with a temperature coefficient of 10ppm/°C. The combination of low power consumption and high accuracy makes it ideal for portable and battery-powered instrumentation. With up to 5mA output drive capability and 65ppm/mA load regulation, it can serve as both the supply voltage and reference input for low-power ADCs. It accepts supply voltages up to 18V and features reverse input protection. The output remains stable with output capacitances of 1µF or greater, and operates across a wide range of output capacitor ESR values. Rated for -40°C to 85°C, it is also functional over the extended temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. Low hysteresis and stable temperature drift are achieved through advanced design, processing, and packaging techniques. Available in 6-pin SOT-23, (2mm × 2mm) DFN, and 8-pin LS8 packages. The LS8 is a 5mm × 5mm surface-mount hermetic package offering excellent stability.
