Ultra-low noise, ultra-low quiescent current LDO regulator operating from a 3.7V to 5.5V supply, capable of delivering up to 300mA output current with a stable 3.3V output voltage. Utilizing innovative design techniques, its quiescent current as low as 15μA at no load makes it well suited for battery-powered portable devices. Excellent noise rejection performance is achieved without additional noise bypass capacitors, while maintaining outstanding PSRR and line/load transient response. The combination of ultra-low noise and extremely low quiescent current maximizes battery life in portable devices. Compatible with 1μF input and output ceramic capacitors for space-constrained, high-performance applications. Available in a 5-pin SOT-23 package with an operating temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
