This product series is a highly integrated, stable, and reliable pressure sensor module. The product consists of a MEMS pressure sensor die and a high-performance signal conditioning circuit. Calibration coefficients stored in one-time programmable memory are used for product calibration; pressure calibration and temperature compensation are automatically performed by the test system, and the calibrated pressure and temperature are output digitally via I²C. The product adopts a single-port DIP 6-pin package, which is compact and easy to use, ensuring high-performance, high-stability, and high-reliability pressure measurement. The product is suitable for differential pressure detection of non-corrosive gases and has broad application prospects in medical diagnostics, industrial control, automotive, and other fields.
