The RP115x is a CMOS-based positive voltage regulator featuring 500 mA/ 1.0 A that provides high ripple rejection, low dropout voltage, high output voltage accuracy, and low supply current. The RP115L (DFN1216-8) can choose the output current limit between 1.0 A or 500 mA by alternating the LCON pin between “H” or “L”. The RP115H (SOT-89-5) can output only 1.0 A since it does not include the LCON pin.
