개요
The ILPS22QS is an ultra-compact piezoresistive pressure sensor that functions as a digital output barometer, supporting user-selectable dual full-scale ranges up to 4060hPa. The device features ultra-low pressure noise and extremely low power consumption, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. The ILPS22QS integrates a sensing element and an IC interface that transmits signals from the sensing element to the application via I²C, MIPI I3C, or SPI interfaces, with support for a 1.2V digital interface. The sensing element for pressure detection consists of a suspended membrane manufactured using a dedicated process. The ILPS22QS embeds an analog hub sensing function capable of connecting analog inputs and converting them to digital signals for embedded processing. Additionally, an embedded Qvar (charge variation detection) channel can be enabled for sensing applications such as water leak detection, tap, double-tap, long press, and left/right swipe gestures. The ILPS22QS is housed in a full-mold holed LGA package (HLGA), where the hole in the package allows external pressure to reach the sensing element.
