Popular 1N5985BUR-1 through 1N6031BUR-1 series 0.5W Zener voltage regulators, offering selections from 2.4 to 200V with tolerances of 10%, 5%, 2%, and 1%. These glass SMT DO-213AA Zener diodes are also available in various MIL-equivalent screening grades by adding the prefix identifiers described in the "Part Numbering" section. Microsemi also offers numerous other Zener products to meet higher and lower power application requirements.
